This policy explains what Motion Studio collects, what stays on your device, and how Halo Media Solutions, Inc. handles information connected to the website and app.
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to motion-studio.pro, app.motion-studio.pro, and the public support/legal surfaces operated by Halo Media Solutions, Inc..
Information you provide
If you submit the contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you provide. We also keep limited technical information needed to defend the form against abuse, such as approximate request metadata and a hashed representation of the submitting IP address.
Browser-stored project and session data
Motion Studio may store thumbnails, editor preferences, sequence settings, and temporary project information locally in your browser so your current work is easier to resume. That browser-local data is not automatically sent to Halo.
Local file imports
When you import images into the app, those files are intended to remain on your device unless a specific feature clearly tells you otherwise. Motion Studio is not designed to require full media uploads just to create an animation.
Local rendering tools
Some export features may rely on software running on your own device to process render jobs. When that is used, your source images, temporary files, and finished exports are intended to stay on your device unless a feature clearly says otherwise.
What is sent to Halo or AWS
The website receives standard web request data such as IP address, request headers, and operational logs. Contact form submissions are stored in backend systems used to support the site and respond to inquiries.
No account required
Motion Studio does not currently require a user account for general access to the site or app entry.
How we use information
- Operate, secure, and improve the Motion Studio website and app.
- Respond to contact submissions and support inquiries.
- Rate-limit or investigate abusive behavior against the public contact surface.
Third-party links
Motion Studio may link to Halo Media Solutions properties and third-party websites. Those sites have their own policies and practices.
